FDIAI

51st Annual

Training Conference

Course Schedule now available online!

Conference Brochure now available online

Updated 9/2/2010

HOTEL ALERT

This year our conference will be held the the newly remodeled St. Petersburg Bayfront Hilton. This is our fourth conference at the St. Petersburg Hilton site. The location is ideal for our conference. Downtown, only blocks from the Bayside Center and the Pier, there are many activities for after hours. The downtown area has gone through many changes over the last few years and now boasts many trendy restaurants and nightspots.

For 2010, our program is brand new and diversified. We understand training budgets have been cut and most training is highly scrutinized. We have put together an outstanding program to maximize your training budget. Most presentations have never been presented at our conference and many are being presented for the first time anywhere. We will have topics from all areas of forensics and will keep the website up to date as changes are made. Our Speaker Coordinator has been hard at work bringing you an outstanding program.

What sets this conference apart from others is the value attendees and their agencies receive. There is no other forensic training conference in existence that offers this amount of training for the cost. For members of the Florida Division, The I.A.I. and any state division of the I.A.I., a $240 full registration will give you access to all lectures, workshops (other than the (2) 40-hr workshops which are $50 additional) and the exhibitor hall with more than 52 exhibitor booths displaying the absolute latest in forensic technology. The conference is legendary for combining the best training with the most enjoyable social activities. Complimentary coffee is provided every morning . All training counts towards I.A.I. certification requirements and a certificate is issued for those attending the conference.

Our conference started as a small statewide training conference with a handful of exhibitors and that many attendees. Over the years it has grown to the largest state division conference with attendees coming from around the country and worldwide. It grows every year and has become recognized as one of the finest forensic training conferences available.

The St. Pete Bayfront Hilton has sold out our room block for the FDIAI which means the conference rate is no longer available.  We have made arrangements

with the Marriott Courtyard in downtown St. Pete and have a block of rooms

available for our conference attendees at a greatly reduced rate. These rooms are

on available on a first come-first serve basis and will be released on Sept. 24th.

There is a complimentary shuttle available for those staying at the Courtyard.

See the hotel information below.

You may still be able to get the conference rate if you check with the Hilton depending on cancellations, but at the this time the rate is sold out.
