DRIVING DIRECTIONS

We have provided detailed driving directions below from some selected Southern cities. If we did not provide directions from your area, please feel free to use Google maps to obtain driving directions.
 

• Take 85 South from Atlanta to Columbus, Georgia. In Columbus pick up 431 South. Stay on 431 South until you get to Dothan, Alabama.
• In Dothan, Take 231 South to Panama City.
• As you approach Panama City driving South on 231 you will come to the third light, which is HWY 98, take a right onto HWY 98. Stay on HWY 98 for approximately 10 minutes.
• Highway 98 West will turn right next to the Gulf Coast Community College. Stay on Hwy 98 (Panama City Beach Parkway). You will pass the Hombre Golf Course on the left. Turn left onto Beckrich Road. You will see the resort property fence, Check In is on the waterfront side of the road adjacent to Burger King.

• Take 65 South from Birmingham to Montgomery. In Montgomery take 231 South to Panama City.
• As you approach Panama City driving South on 231 you will come to the third light, which is 23rd Street, take a right onto 23rd Street. Stay on 23rd Street for approximately 10 minutes, this will dead end into Highway 98.
• Make a right onto Highway 98 heading West. Stay on Hwy 98 (Panama City Beach Parkway). You will pass the Hombre Golf Course on the left. Turn left onto Beckrich Road. You will see the resort property fence, Check In is on the waterfront side of the road adjacent to Burger King.

• Take 65 South from Nashville to Montgomery. In Montgomery, take 231 South to Panama City.
• As you approach Panama City driving South on 231, you will come to the third light, which is 23rd Street. Take a right onto 23rd Street. Stay on 23rd Street for approximately 10 minutes, this will dead end into Highway 98.
• Make a right onto Hwy 98 heading West. Stay on Hwy 98 or Back Beach Road. You will pass the Hombre Golf Course on the left. Turn left onto Beckrich Road. You will see the Edgewater fence and Check In is on the waterfront side of the road adjacent to Burger King.

• Make a right onto Lewis Turner Boulevard for about 2 ½ miles then continue on North Beal Parkway for about 5 miles.
• Make a left onto Miracle Strip Parkway SE and in about 2 miles, get onto US 98 East (approximately 37 miles).
• As you approach Panama City Beach you will see 2 green signs, take 98 East, NOT the Alternate Scenic Route.
• Stay to the left and continue on.
• At approximately 10 miles, turn right at Beckrich Road.
• Enter at the Information Center parking lot, adjacent to Burger King.

• Take 75 North all the way to I-10. Take I-10 West to Highway 231 and you will turn left onto Hwy 231. You will be on 231 for approximately 1 hour.
• As you approach Panama City Beach, look for 23rd Street and turn right. This street will dead end at a traffic light onto Hwy 98.
• Turn right (Westbound) onto Hwy 98, you will pass over Hathaway bridge and go through 2 traffic lights (stay in the far right lane). You will see a fork in the road, just before the 3rd traffic light. Take the road to the right, this will still be Hwy 98, also known as Back Beach Road.
• You will pass the Hombre Golf Club on the left. Turn left onto Beckrich Road.
• Straight ahead you will enter into the resort. You will register for Check In at the Information Center, adjacent to Burger King.

• Take Highway 98 East through Ft. Walton & Destin (Approx. 2 hours driving time).
• As you approach Panama City Beach you will see 2 green signs, take 98 East, NOT the Alternate Scenic Route.
• Stay to the left and continue on.
• At approximately 10 miles, turn right at Beckrich Road.
• Enter at the Information Center parking lot, adjacent to Burger King.

• Take I-10 West, heading towards Pensacola for about an hour
• Take Exit 130 (US-231) and turn left on US-231.
• Take 231 all the way into Panama City Beach for approximately 45 miles.
• Make a slight right onto West 15th street, also none as US-98 West or 30A West, which will turn into Front Beach Road in approximately 10 miles.
• The Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort will be on the left. When entering into the resort, register for Check In at the Information Center, adjacent to Burger King.

• Take 75 North all the way to I-10. Take I-10 West to Highway 231 and you will turn left onto Hwy 231. You will be on 231 for approximately 1 hour.
• As you approach Panama City Beach, look for 23rd Street and turn right. This street will dead end at a traffic light onto Hwy 98.

• Upon leaving the Panama City Airport, you will need to be on Airport Road, which will bring you to an intersection (Highway 390). Turn right onto Hwy 390 and this will carry you to 23rd Street.
• Take a right onto 23rd Street and stay on 23rd Street for approximately 10 minutes. It will dead end into Hwy 98.
• Turn right onto Hwy 98, heading West. After crossing over the Hathaway Bridge, go through 2 lights and at the 3rd light, veer right at the fork. (Still Hwy 98, also known as Back Beach Road.)
• You will pass the Hombre Golf Club on the left. Turn left at Beckrich Road. Go through one light and you will see the property fence on the right.
• The Conference Center is the first gate you come to adjacent to the Food World Shopping Center. Check In is on the beach frontside adjacent to Burger King (In Information Center).
