RESOURCES FOR TRAINING, TEACHING & TECHNICAL
SERVICES
Submitted by Stewart Mosher, Broward Sheriff's
Office
The following web sites are from The Chief of
Police May/June 2005 Magazine. (Used in a recent
article about UT’s – NFA.) They are very good
sources of information and they have numerous
links to other forensic sites and associations.
These sites are for members of a variety of
organizations. You will see that you must be a
member for some, and for some, the membership is
free. (Some of these have information, photos,
and technical reports that are SPECTACULAR for
training and have sound educational benefits)
They have very good resources for TRAINING,
TEACHING, and TECHNICAL SERVICES for special
investigative needs. Many articles and research
can be downloaded in PDF files.
They also have areas where you can search the
item: i.e.; Forensic and PPT, which gives you
PowerPoint Sides, for teaching a variety of
Forensics. Try them when you have the chance.
